Her hands-on leadership and commitment to continuous improvement help shape Black Silo into a company customers can feel connected to and confident in.

With an undergraduate degree in Marketing from Drake University, Zach has always been fascinated by the psychology behind how people connect with brands. As the head of Black Silo’s design and marketing operations, he combines a creative mindset with a strong technical background to shape how the brand looks, feels, and connects with customers.

Kyle has been part of Black Silo since the beginning, boasting more than nine years of roasting experience behind every batch. His background in coffee shops and food service gives him a strong understanding of both coffee quality and what customers expect. He leads our roasting operations with a focus on consistency, precision, and making sure every coffee meets the standards Black Silo is known for.
