At Black Silo Roasting Co., we take pride in the quality of every roast we send out. Coffee is personal, and we want you to feel confident ordering from us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. We will do our best to make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Coffee Returns

Because coffee is a consumable food product, we are unable to accept returns of opened coffee bags. However, we still stand behind our product. If there is an issue with freshness, quality, damage during shipping, or you simply feel the coffee did not meet expectations, please reach out to us.

We may ask for your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if the product arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or includes the wrong product, please contact us right away. We will work with you to replace the item or provide an appropriate refund.

Refunds and Replacements

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the original item is unavailable, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
