Our newest blend is from the North Kivu region in Congo. It is from the Bourbon variety and is processed via wet processing (washed). The cup is fruit and sugar flavors with cherry cola, chocolate, and caramelized sugar and citrus fruits; sweet with tangy strong acidity and a smooth mouth feel.
